Since 2010 Temperature Design has been distributing UK-based furniture company ercol to an Australian market. Recently Habitus hosted a Q&A with Henry Tadros, Head of International Sales and the fourth-generation to work in the business.
Ahead of an Australian visit from the great grandson of Ercol’s original founder, we learn a little more about Temperature Design and the brand they’ve brought to Australia and New Zealand.
Ercol hand-crafted furniture arrived in Australia in early 2012. Celebrating their launch with a ‘high tea’ event at Temperature Design, Ercol were proud to unveil a range of elegant furniture that’s made with elm, ash, beech, oak and walnut sourced from sustainable forests in North America or Europe.
