The new Linea Mini draws on the heritage of La Marzocco’s Linea Classic, a range of products that adorn café counters just about everywhere. They are, as the brand points out, beloved by baristas.
So, what about bringing it into the home? The reimagined Linea Mini is designed to allow for exactly that, and not only that: “Beautiful espresso anywhere” is the tagline. While clearly drawing on a rich heritage reaching all the way back to handcrafting in Florence, the new machine is also distinctive for its versatility.
Released in February 2024, La Marzocco explains that the new product is designed “to inspire both seasoned baristas and curious explorers, turning every moment into an experience.”

To make the most of this machine, you have to be motivated to learn about its clever features. Fortunately, the classy aesthetics make it easy to get a little obsessed with operating, caring for and learning from the Linea Mini. With La Marzocco’s app, the digital integration becomes a key feature – including the ability to schedule when the machine turns on and off, perfect for timing the early morning coffee.
The machine features a cool-touch steam wand, soft touch components, built-in shot timer and easy pressure adjustment. Meanwhile, dual boilers and a PID temperature control are hidden beneath the elegant exterior to ensure that each espresso shot is brewed with perfection, according to the designers.
A rinse mode allows for efficient cleaning, while a pre-infusion offer soft saturation and a self-cleaning flow restrictor. The machine as a whole is also compatible with La Marzocco’s own brew-by-weight scales.
Turning back to the aesthetics, the machine is available in a range of colours including yellow, black, red, white and stainless steel. The finishes are sleek and refined, and part of the update includes the Della Pietra Curve, soft touch aesthetics.
