Where you are from/live: I grew up on a farm in Badgerys Creek and now live in Sydney.

What you do: I’m a chef and restaurateur

What inspires you? Fresh seasonal produce!

Three people that inspire/excite you:

1) Producers, growers and farmers
2) My kids
3) Great chefs of the past and present

What is your favourite…

Chair model: Eames Lounge Chair and Ottoman
Car model: Audi RS7
Travel destination: Croatia to relax / New York for excitement
Residential space: My home
Commercial space: The Sydney Opera House
Functional product: My Global chefs knives
Handmade good: I have a beautiful Scandinavian hatstand that’s handmade
Mass-produced good: Sunbeds in the pool!
Item in your studio: Eames Lounge Chair and Ottoman
Time of day to work/play: 24/7 – it’s all work and play!
Meal: I’m a chef, this is too hard to answer! I always say I have one meal a day, it starts at 8am and finishes at midnight.
Restaurant: Chiswick in Woollahra, Sydney
Drink: Vodka martini
Bar: This is a tricky one but I’ve always liked Shady Pines in Sydney.
Piece of technology: Meat thermometer
Historical figure: I admire so many! It’s more recent obviously, but I’d have to say Nelson Mandela
Vice: Chocolate!
Virtue: My mates always say I’m very generous.
